Modular Buildings
Modular buildings comprise of a number of modules which can be joined together to form one large building. The modules can be stacked and joined together side-by-side. The length of modules range from 6m to 12m and are generally 3m in width.
All our second hand modular buildings can be modified in order to suit different requirements.
All modular buildings are available for hire and sale and have a variety of advantages:
- Versatility – the design and layout of our pre-owned modular buildings can be customised and refurbished to suit our customer’s needs.
- Flexible – Second hand modular buildings are designed to be expanded, reconfigured and relocated very rapidly as circumstances dictate.
- Low Costs – If the layout of a particular second hand modular building suits your requirements you gain through substantial savings.
- Reduced Timescales – As we only stock good quality buildings they can be modified, refurbished or even supplied in their current condition in substantially reduced timescales compared to new buildings or traditional build. Often the lead time from placing an order to completion is as little as 2-3 weeks.
- Choice of Finishes – our modular buildings come in a range of external finishes including plastisol steel cladding and textured paint. The interior can be completed in a choice of wall finishes and floor coverings to suit any requirement.
