Hire of Portable Buildings
At Britcab several of our recent orders have been from clients who prefer to hire refurbished portable buildings some of the reasons are listed below...
- In the current economic climate the hire of portable buildings, particularly large modular buildings, is considered prudent as the hire of portable buildings avoids the outlay of major capital costs.
- Costs are set out for the contract term so finances can be planned in advance.
- Hire is invoiced monthly helping cash flow which is a key factor for even the largest of organisations at present.
- Large modular buildings can be construed as an asset when purchased but often this is not the case. Generally, the larger the building the more difficult portable buildings are to sell when they become redundant. Sellers often do not take into account the substantial costs involved with the dismantle and removal of such buildings.
- The off-hire of modular buildings or portable cabins is simple and straight forward. You simply let us know the building is no longer required and we'll organise the removal at the costs which were agreed at the start of the project.
Obviously, if you want to purchase quality second hand portable buildings then we are more than happy to oblige but do consider the advantages of hiring.
