High quality second hand portable cabins & modular buildings
In my dealings with a national telecommunications company (you know the one, with Gordon Ramsay on the ads) their low levels of customer service has only proved a reminder for me of how not to grow and sustain a successful business. Surely, only such a huge brand with a stranglehold on landline communications could get away with such bad practice. Anyway, instead of moaning I thought it would be useful to remind all the staff at Britcab as well as both potential and existing customers how we look after people....
In the relatively small portable building industry and our particular niche of quality second hand portable cabins and modular buildings we have reputation for this kind of quality service.
Irrespective of the poor standards offered by my telecommunications provider we will continue to provide a good service to all our customers. My thanks go to them for the reminder, I have to laugh at probably the most inept slogan of them all.....
